Now Nepal has provision for dual citizenship in New Constitution. If we apply for US citizenship, do we need to give up our current Nepali citizenship?

It's sickeningly complicated. Although the new constitution talks about it,it uses the word "may".so may be continued and may not be. Who knows what these thieves may think. Also they have to makes laws and acts and follow them . When will that happen ,no one knows. There s no one to ask and no one cares. Oli got is the first ones to break the constitution any ways by adding more that 25 ministers as stated by the constitution. In us u don't have to give up your Nepali passport but in Nepal ur in the mercy of the sharp teeth of the wolves.
