I am in H1B Status and i am planning to marry my girl who is in Nepal. Guys can you tell me how long will it take to get court date for marriage and duration for applying her dependency visa. Do you think it can be done with in a month.

Few of my friends got married and were able to get processed within a month. Make sure you get the visa date and prepare you documents before visiting Nepal. Once u get married, register the wedding and include wedding pictures together. You should have enough time this way.
