Some of you may got TPS approved notice I-797 or I-797A Some of you may got I-797 Approval notice for Application for Employment Authorization, TPS approval notice and Work permit card. Three mails all together. Some of you may got only Work permit card by mail earlier. Then, TPS approval notice I-797A with I-94 attached. I-797, Notice of ActionIssued when an application or petition is approved.I-797A, Notice of ActionIssued to an applicant as a replacement Form I-94.
