Hi Friends,

I recently received RFE on premium and reason pretty much was "provide evidence listed on labor certification as of priority date". I have few skills set missing in the letter provided by my earlier employer. I reached out to previous employer but refused to provide me new letter stating that he cannot give me another letter as old letter is already with uscis.

So, i do have letter from my current employer and is it a big deal if i don't include letter from my earlier employer ?
I have certification certificate, forum involvements prior joining to my former employer. Can these things help?

what your attorney suggests, follow up that.
that would be the good option at the moment.
