Dhoti Prasad bro, Since last 12 years !! Damn bro. I just entered into the field bro. So much to learn. So many technologies, so many new things to learn. I really get nervous. I feel like I am a kid attempting to climb Everest. Market asks for so many new technologies. When will I learn them all ? Is my concern valid or I am just worrying bro ? What would you suggest a junior like me bro ? I will really appreciate your suggestions.

Nas, there is nothing like junior or senior. It is the time-based progress you make. Your knowledge is nothing less than mine. Only the difference is that I have hit the F5 and F10 keys bit more than you did. This is the development job. More you do more you get familier. It is not like QA job that you can learn from desi housewives. Keep on bro...you will start making tons of money. Based on what you depict about your education occasionally, I guess you are a graduate from southern states. Am I right? So am I.

Dhoti_Prasad bro, I have BS in Comp Sci. and MS in Comp. Info Sys from NY.  Bro, knowledge wise I am really ignorant. In my work I always have to look in Stackoverflow. Out of memory, kehi pani garna aundaina. Always Copy, Paste, Run, Modify.... that's all my development life cycle. If they give me new task, mero chaak bata dhuwaa niskan thaalchha !! I am in this for money nai ho bro ! So much money hagi !!

@gone12 I don't know what "development managers" mean. Never heard before. Some lead developers report to me. You seem to be too naïve in IT profession. What do you do for living? Send me resume if you background is in software development. H1B is bit hard to fit in.
