For people above 50 yrs old to visit to USA , KTM to New Delhi to Newyork(Indian Airlines)(round trip) at $1400. Is it a good deal? Will it be easy for them?

My impression was that Indian Airlines is cheaper than others. My parents came here last summer KTM-Incheon-Atlanta in Korean air and it was between $1200 and $1300 (I don't remember exact amount) per person round trip. Furthermore at this time the ticket should be cheaper than summer. If you request for wheelchair, it won't be difficult for them.

My parents have been taking ktm - delhi - nyc for the past eight years and they seem to like it. They never had any issues. And the fare, I believe is around the range that you mentioned.
