As far I know there are three techniques in identifying a nepali. technique one 1) Put a shoe with its face down. A nepali person will surely put the shoe  with its face up Technique two 2) Touch that person's throat A nepali person will surely blow air over your hand and vice versa. Technique 3 3) Ask if they want to have momo A nepali person will never say no to free momo We maybe different but we all have the same values.
