अष्ट्रेलियामा श्रीमतीले धारिलो हतियार प्रहार गर्दा मृत्यु भएका ३४ बर्षीय नेपाली नेपाली क्रिकेट खेलाडी ३४ बर्षका सन्तोष गौतम रहेको खुलेको छ । उनकी श्रीमती ३४ बर्षकै नुमा गौतमले धारिलो हतियार प्रहार गर्दा सन्तोषको शनिबार राती मृत्यु भएको थियो । सन्तोष अष्ट्रेलियाको नेपाली समुदायका चर्चित नेपाली खेलाडी हुन् ।
अष्ट्रेलियाको ग्रान्सभिलमा भएको उक्त घटनाभन्दा केही अगाडिको सीसीटीभी फुटेज पनि सार्वजनिक भएको छ । उक्त फुटेजमा सन्तोषको जीवनको अन्तिम क्षण कैद भएको छ । शनिबार बेलुका ६ बजे घर फर्कदै गर्दा उक्त भिडियो कैद भएको थियो ।
त्यसपछि गौतम दम्पत्तिबीच झगडा भएको र श्रीमती नुमाले सन्तोषको पाखुरामा धारिलो हतियार प्रहार गरेको जनाइएको छ । बेलुका साढे ७ बजे प्रहरी घटनास्थलमा पुग्दा श्रीमान अचेत अवस्थामा थिए भने श्रीमती पनि घाइते अवस्थामा थिइन् ।
गम्भीर घाइते भएका श्रीमानलाई नजिकैको अस्पतालमा लगिएको थियो । अस्पतालमा उपचारका क्रममा उनका निधन भयो । उनको स्थायी घर नेपालको रुपन्देही भएको जनाइएको छ । उनीहरुकी ८ बर्षकी छोरी समेत छिन् ।
श्रीमानको हत्याको अभियोगमा प्रहरीले नुमालाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ । उनलाई पारामाथा बेल कोर्टमा पेश गरिएकोमा नुमाले धरौटीमा रिहा हुनका लागि अनुरोध नगरेको जनाइएको छ । उनलाई प्रहरी हिराशतमा नै राखिएको छ भने विहिबार अदालतमा पेश गरिनेछ ।SYDNEY: Police arrested a Nepali woman for allegedly killing her husband on Saturday night, The Sydney Morning Herald reported.
