The Nepal Education and Cultural Center (NECC) is celebrating Shiva Ratri in Pashupati-Buddha Mandir on Sunday February 26, 2006 at 6:00 PM. NECC cordially invites All to celebrate the event. The program will include Puja, and Aarti performed by our Pundit ji.
