Hope for Water, A Look at Nepalese Life and a Chance to Bring
Clean Water to Nepal. Co-sponsored by the America-Nepal Friendship
Society, Inc. NY, and The Living Earth Institute.
The fundraiser program features dinner, dance, raffle, auction,
slideshow, short film, and cultural show to benefit the Living Earth
Institute's drinking water, sanitation and health projects in Dhankuta
and Dhanusha districts of Nepal. All proceeds including ticket sales
will go directly towards the projects. Charitable contributions are
welcome, The Living Earth Institute is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable
institution.
Directions: Subway: F-train to York Street, Right on Jay, last building
on the right before the water; Driving: Take BQE to exit 28 towards
Brooklyn Br, take Kane St. Ramp, Left on Front, Right on Jay.
