Ruchira Gupta, investigates prostitution in Mumbai, from the sale and
duping of girls to their appalling conditions in brothels.
Screened at the Asia Society on April 9 to a packed auditorium, this
daring film takes us into the homes of girls who have been sold by
their families to the shanty rooms of brothels where women are selling
their bodies for a pittance.
