I am looking for a  roommate to move into my 2 BR/2 .5 BA townhouse in Arbour of Hermitage near airport. The town house is in gated communities by the lake. (Nashville shores)

The town home have spacious rooms 1270 sq/ft. I have a washer and dryer attached , living room, kitchen, backyard .The rent is 700 (including all the utilities,sometime rent may vary depending on usages)

Little bit about myself, I am a professional worker currently working in Health Care Industry.I am in need of  roommate who will pay their  part of rent,clean and easy going.
