Nepali Communities of New England unite to raise awareness in International arena about the atrocious blockade by Indian policy which is depriving the fragile Nepalis recovering from recent earthquake of their daily survival needs such as medicine, cooking gas, gasolene and other supplies.
Many people are dying due to lack of medicine and access to transportation. Even well to do families in Nepal are suffering so one can imagine how difficult it must be for the underpriviledged which represents most of the Nepali population.
The blockade is wrong on every level and it must be stopped. We are appealing international and human rights organizations to exert pressure to stop this inhumane blockade.
Every one of you should come to make an impact. The bigger the participation the bigger the impact. People in Nepal are suffering and you can possibly help by just showing up. This is not about a single person or an organization, this is about your family and friends in Nepal.
