Namaste!
No matter where the Nepalese go, they are proud and happy to celebrate and preserve their culture and tradition! Throughout each calendar year, people of Nepal celebrate various festivals and holidays like Dashain, Tihar, Mha Puja, Chat Parwa, Gyalmu Lhosar, Sonam Lhosar, Holi, Teej etc.
The Gurung community celebrates Tamu Lhochhar (Gurung New Year) around Poush 15 (around December 30th). This year, Northwest Tamu (Gurung) Society is proud to present Tamu lhochhar celebration night with Legendary folk singer PREM RAJA MAHAT !
Please join us for authentic Gurung and Nepali culture & hospitality, delicious Nepali food and DJ entertainment!
