 Synopsis:

MAYA (The Love), what is it? Does it have any caste? Where and how does it come from? Should it be done? Have you ever fallen into love? How does it look like? Does it have any color, any shape? The answer of these lots of questions is MAYA.

Nhujala, a television anchor appears on the program and today she put the various questions about love in her Maya Program. During program, she asks to an old-aged woman about love. She is shocked when she gets an answer that love is a belief. Anchor again asked her if she had ever been fallen into love. After hearing this question, she recalls her past life.

Maya has lost her mother at very young age and she has a blind father depending on her. She is running her daily life by cleaning at various places, roads, courtyards.

Though she is being hated character of the society, Junior Master Chandra Man and Maya’s love is very deep. They play and laugh together. Chandra Man always goes to Maya’s home and eats. In the morning, when Chandra Man goes to school and she also comes out to sweep on the various roads and he always meets Maya. One day, Maya doesn’t see Chandra Man anywhere and she thinks whether it is Saturday, today. After that she reaches Chandra Man’s home and she requests with her friend Nanihera to give her a chance to sweep into Chandra Man’s courtyard. She again can’t see him there too but at the meantime, his mother advises her not to go with her son.

When Chandra Man is collecting garbage on the side of the road with Maya, his father meets them and Maya gets angry with him and asks not to meet her if he doesn’t want to go to school.

Afterward, she doesn’t see and meet him and won’t know anything about him. One day, she suddenly meets him on the road while he is cleaning and she feels sorrow for that.

Leaving his family, Chandra Man goes towards Maya’s society to live with and to end caste discrimination in the society. That’s why, she feels very happy on his sacrifice but her happiness couldn’t go long forever. One day, Chandra Man’s father comes to take him away and Maya is left to be alone. She can’t say anything, just becomes speechless…….

After hearing this story, Nhujala blames boys for not being trustworthy and her boy friend also shares Chandra Man’s story too. Then they both know their (Maya and Chandra Man’s) sacrifice and strong belief on their love. At last Nhujala helps them to reunion through her Program and Chandra Man gets marry with Maya in order to end caste discrimination.
