 Himalayan Immigrant Health Care Project!!!!!
Samuel Merritt University & Sahayeta.Org presents
Free Primary Health Care Screening Day
April 5th 2009
Time: 10am-4pm
Location: Davis Street Clinic

San Leandro, CA- 94577
This
event is primarily for Nepalese community that do not have access to
health care. Health screening, referrals, education, and resources will
be provided at the event.
Nepali Interpreters will be available to help you navigate through our complicated health care system.
Screening,
Resources, Prescriptions and Follow- up management will be available
for Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hyperlipidemia, Urinary Tract
infection, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Substance Abuse, Infectious
Diseases, Gout, Respiratory Tract infections, Musculoskeletal injuries,
and much more.
Carpool services & shuttle available from BART station
Free Lunch will be Provided
If you do have access to health care, please pass it on to Nepalese that do not .
