Hello All,

My Asylum was approved and i am filing for Green Card on August 2011. I got married after my asylum was approve and my wife is in F1 status. Can I file I-485 for may wife as well when i file my I-485? If i do this will that effect my case? I know my wife cannot file for I-485 but i just want to give a try. I just want to make sure it will not effect my case. Please let me know if anybody has faced similar situation.

Thank a lot in advance.

Better to ask a good lawyer before you do it.
