I've already done the attemp, I just want to make sure and need help from you guys if I got these right or what is better. So what I got is as below: easy come, easy come -> idiom, meaning taking things very easily, not caring about others' feeling. gave you all i had and you tossed it in the trash -> literal, like he didn't really gave her everything and she didn't toss it in the trash. i'd catch a grenade for ya...i'd do anything for ya (whole stanza) -> exaggeration, he's not gonna do all that. i'd go through all this pain...straight in my brain -> exaggeration again. black black, black and blue -> idiom used for beating till he gets bruises. tell the devil i said hey -> i dont know, is this a hyperbole? if my body was on fire -> literal, its actually not on fire. any corrections or suggestion would be appreciated.
