this seems like yet another ambitious plan which will probably take a long time to be implemented. apart from nepal being an affordable destination once you reach there, there really isnt anything which caters specifically for the gay market ie. gay bars, hotels, restaurants etc. or even a gay clubs.
However, this initiative is still a clever idea since Nepal is more 'tolerant' to gays. I believe we will be tolerant to Foreign gays as compared to gays from our own country.
