Vice president is not that important person; for instance; Algore was vice president during Bill Clinton presidency and Dick Cheney in Bush Administration. they really didn't have any role during their rule... So, i believe, vice presidency; not that important in nepal as well; but in certain circumstance, he might be useful; for instance, sudden death of our president (who ever will be elected), or when our president is on a tour to some other country... and so on.... therefore, even though not important, country neeeds it...
