well personal observation - that mediocre, a little rude a little honest thing doesn't work with most of the girls, we dont' need any extreme characters but we need some excitement in the relationship....a guy who is faithful only someitmes doesn't stand a chance, u can't be in the middle with sth like faithfulness..

Long distance relationship can work...it all depends on urself and ur guy/gal. I too had this long distance relationship with my guy who's in singapore. Trust, love and committment is all that it requires. If you love each other, are committed and have trust in each other, you can work it out. But, unfortunately mine didn't work due to other things...family pressure etc. But when I was involved with my guy...long distance didn't matter.

what is the meaning of faithfulness, honesty and loyal. Lets be realistic. If there is hot chick or chack(for gals) approach U, I don't think U won't go for it. Even its nothing wrong. Well all those words are good in book n imagination. If u want to live in dream than Go for it else com to real world. U are also part of it!!!

Keedeedai

I think you have just justified my comment about skimppy clothes yourself. That's what I meant when I wrote the comment there are appropriate attire for certain venues. For example like you said a bikini is for a beach, skimppy slutty clothes are for night clubs but for cultural programs there is usually smart casual clothes or traditional dress up which is appreciated and admired by all.

I think you have unnecessarily used the word "Moron" don't you think. I don't want to be disrespectful as you have written dai in the nick I guess you are a senior to me..........just presuming but I hope you are not drinking alcohol too much as it is effecting your capacity to judge things.

Peace and Leave me alone and also please come up with rational replies which is common sense.

I agree with Arnico's point of view on the time factor.. and yes there should be a time frame for the union of two individuals. Long distance relationship absolutely demands twice as much energy, compromises to minimize differences ( ones that can hamper relationships), and high level of patience. Communication does play major role in this process. Perhaps ones that are in LDRs can express more acurately.

Isn;t it enough that whenever u go to a chatroom it is always the guys looking for girls and never vice versa,,or isnt it enough that most of the customer service related jobs are given to girls no matter how much the employer claims to be sexually indiscriminate,,or isnt it enough that more than 90% ( i guess it is more than 99%) of the strippers in clubs are girls that guys go there to find a female body,,,(while girls dont need strippers that most of them can get most of the guys to strip and more if they want) ,or isnt it enough that they dont show as many guys as much as busty bikini clad, voluptous girls whenever they show anything on beach,,or isnt it enough that a girl stripping in the middle of the road can cause a big accident while a guy will get kicked on his butt for doing the same thing,,

How many girls would not find a guy for one night stand, who would take her on to the trip to exotic paradise if she just goes in the middle of the road and picks out one,,and how many guys would be able to get a girl if he does the same thing(hopefully he will manage to escape her sandle on his head or rather a middle finger here in US)...

We can see new young females in their early teens becoming super stars every month,,while it is still the same old stinky brad pitt or george cloony...or ( some kale rap stars that come and go unnoticed by many),, we know paris hiltong, britney spears, olsen twins,,lindsey and many more,,but what about their boyfrens i dont even know their names,,and moreover boy fren jutta change gareko jasto garera change gari dincha.,.anyway kale haru ko rap ma pani background ma tanna keti haru nachi rakheko huncha,,but kali haru ko geet ma keta haru nachi rakheko hundaina,,aaru tyastai ho US ma aayera gadi nahunda yahanka ketaharu samet le ride dinu paryo bhane bhaga bhag huncha,,while keti haru lai ride dina payo ki sabai jana ko competition huncha,,while girls dont have any competition to give ride to any guys..

anyway my bottomline ( could be only mine) is that it;s a sexist world, things are easier for girls and they take advantage of it and often due to it LDR dont last,,esp keta nepal ma keti chai chawk ani US ma paryo bhane ta keta le pashupati ma jogi lai dost banaye huncha,,

bijays,
well written but we could see it the other way round too. it might mean, girls are demeaning themselves just for boys,eg. stripping.
rappers feature half naked girls in their music videos, isn't it exploitation?guys r making girls do all those things!!!!!!!!doesn't it indicate guy power?
yup, girls can find guys for a one night stand but girls look for a long term relationship whereas guys don't.they just want to taste everything they notice around them.so they are desperately searching for girls who'll go out with them and have sex the same day too (god).isn't it true?girls r all about feelings and guys r all about sex.

Dear New Yorker:

This is all I have to say about either short, long, triangular or circular or etc types of relationships-

"Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye"

but invisible to eyes can be very very deceptive. if your heart sees something that is wrong as right..., when the truth is revealed, your heart breaks into so many pieces that you wouldn't even be able to tell how many, forget joining them. so, believe what you sense with 5 senses... go with the heart but think with the brain. do not ever think with heart and go with brain... you will only suffer.

if it is long term relationship..then why do girls are in constant hunt for money, good looking guys,,while there could be many not so good looking guys, without thick wallet, but rich at heart,,and ready to go with a long term relationship,,why do they have to feel as if they are dumbos,,,

girls featured with the rappers are not exploited victims ,,it is what they choose to do,,for money, glamor,,they would probably feel that they are budhi kanya if they stick with one guy,,a nice little house in distant secluded farmland,,

keti haru tyati kai ta kehi bhanyo bhane modern society, free society bhanera karaucha,,and tyasto nagara bhanne lai alkaida activist jasto behave garna khojcha,,..

la baa tyastai ho,,everyone knows the truth,,keta haru boka hunu ko reason,,

to discuss more about it would be like trying to figure out whether the egg came first or the mamma chick..

anyway mahila mitra haru ho,,,keta haru le bihe garna badhu chaiyo bhanera sajha ma thread post garda,,nepal gayera bau lai tension deu bhanne jasto feel nagaraidinuhola,,nepal ma pani sabai jana booked cha jastai cha,,ani keta haru boka ko boka,,

gals are cold indeed..... and they are heartless....i completely agree.... if you don't agree with this, think gals, would you betray your boyfriend just after he gets diognised with cancer. I've seen this with my eyes.

yeah i'm actually finding it ...cuz you find so much to do your own thing..study work..daily hassles..and then when I think of him it's like Holiday..which of course I don't miss at all.

I agree that some of the gals can be cold hearted and the same thing apply to the guys as well. We are human and everyone cannot be the same as all our fingers can not be the same size.

that's allright.. there are plenty of lithuanians, russians, europeans and south americans in the summer. they get what they want and we get what we want. 6 months hibernation, 6 months activities.. takes care of my libido and mojo... no more "i love you" bullshit... just "i want to make love to you"...

barhamasey, i have seen one who left a guy because he has migraines (and they were actually married - for 2 years). not because of his mood swings when he had attacks, but he was boring when he had attacks.

It all depends on how much you want to be with your partnet. My five year relationship broke up in 2 months when I moved to other state because we were already having problems. However I have only known my current boyfriend for few months and he has gone out on duty for a year. There is no communication between us. And still I am waiting for him because I am very happy with him. So long distance relationship works if you want it to work.

bijays, everyone has their own priorities- there are plenty of not-so-good looking (even more of ugly) girls with a 'BIG' heart- would you date her? most guys wouldn't- they'd screw her if possible, but not want to be with her for the rest of his life. Same with girls. Its animal instinct.

Talking about spending the rest of yur life,,i bet some of the girls are under illuision that they will be just as beautiful(?????) they are today even after 30 years from now..(mariah carey is)..or may be rest of the life stands for may be 2 or 3 years until they are tired of a guy,,

They say beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder,,so the girl i find beautiful migth look ugly to yu,.,,(and i give a damn about it) and she will still be the most beautiful one to me even after 50 years from now,,,

but kura tyai ho...aafu takcha mudo bancharo takcha ghudo,,so god knows when am i find a girl who will stand for me thru my worst days,,not just because i look good, and i am in a good position..my experience has been real bad in this case,,could not believe it myself for a while,,and thinking of it now makes me feel what the hell was that,,dreaming of spending life with one person when yu never even knew how easily things could go wayward..anyway that was just a girl,,

but anyway relationshps ma chaine bhanda badhi hopeful bhayera chai nacchaine dukha paiyo ho ganthe...mera dhoti dost harule keti ra train ko pachi nadaudinu bhanthe,,,

anyway lau ja LDR ko kura bhanera lekheko kata pugyo pugyo

barhamasay,i wonder who that girl is who dumped her bf diagnosed with cancer.that indeed suggests an unhuman act.same goes 2 the girl who left one with migraine.
i think, looks and behavior does play a part in atttraction but when that attraction finally develops into love, you finally accept each other for who they are.
my bf is seven seas far and no matter how changed he might have been in these four yrs we've been separated,i'm gonna love him till the end of time.whether he loses his looks in an accident (god forbid),he's gonna b the same old guy i love.
love u and miss u a lott dear B.

Back to t he main topic.. I have seen a lot of LDRs survive but they need a special kind of bond and understanding. I also agree with Lady sis ko rules.. but I also agree that there might be a lot of misunderstandings that might go unresolved causing the couple to break up. Someone also mentiond that there should be a specific time zone where the couple agrees on meeting one another. But when people are not wihin each others sight.. you really cant make out what they are doing and what they are trying to convey to you. Something said face to face is much more understandable than something that is said on the phone or in the computer.

Both the couples have to be equally determined and understanding. Sometimes it might even get frustrating because u really dont know what your respective other is going through and u might felt neglected. There are so many things that might go wrong and it is a struggle to keep the relation intact. Nothing I have said is new.. I am just stating the obvious.. but well as we all know it really depends on the people involved and their willingness to sacrifice all sorta things to keep what they have!
