Not sure why you would stay that long with TPS AP when it is clearly said you should not stay more than 60 days or Max 90 days. Should be a temporary absence from US under AP. Even greencard holder can’t stay more than certain period of time in Nepal. So try to get advance parole (not sure how) or visa before entering US.

NOTE:
Each time you file for a new Advance Parole authorization, you must be physically present in the U.S. when the application is filed and received by the USCIS.

It means you must enter the U.S. before your AP expiration date March 24, 2020, to apply for a new AP.

Now if you read the March 20, 2020 Notice of USCIS Announces Flexibility, there is no help for you.

And on March 14, 2020, the fourth-time travel ban notice from Trump, but travel from Nepal was not restircted till that time.

Good luck!!
