How many phones allowed at nepal airport without paying for extra?

How many phones are allowed to take to Nepal? I will have 3 phones. Do I have to pay at customs? I will have 2 new phones and 1 old phone. If you paid at airport for the new phone, how much did you pay? How many laptops are allowed? I will be taking 2 laptops.
