@ark I didn't understand "mandatory home quarantine". I'm going my home in Kathmandu to attend my bhanja bartabandha and my whole trip is for 12 days. Who will enforce the quarantine and monitor me ? If this is mandatory, there should be some guidelines to follow right ? Where do I get it from ? And for green card holder, it is necessary to submit swab test ?
