Are there any specific requirements for a company in the US to file green card to its employee besides that it has to be e-verified? I would like to know that if there are requirements on how much revenue or profit company has to made in a year or if the company needs some minimum number of workers employed. Please share your ideas or experience if you have any. Thank you

For a company, yes all it needs it to prove that it can afford to pay you.
Then after the labor / PERM game is a whole different ball game and it has different requirements for each steps.
