Dear friends, I am applying AOS, I485 for my spouse and I need some information. Any suggestion and information are very appreciated. Here are my couple of questions: 1. The priority date on my I130 is March 30th, 2016. Current Dates for Filing date is April 08, 2016. Does it mean that I can apply for AOS. Am I supposed to file AOS based on the Final Action date or Dates of Filing? 2. In the new I485 form, I need to enter alien number in each page. Is that alien number mine (Petitioner's) or my spouse (Beneficiary)? Thank you so much! Sanjay.
