Which online site you guys use to send gift to Nepal? I recently used thamel.com and had bad experience. I
would have given them 0 star, out of 5.
I asked them to deliver on 19th of August to make sure gift is delivered well ahead of time as I had
some bad experience with another site in the past.
When they didn't deliver on 18th, I contacted them, they said "We've already dispatched your
gifts item to hetauda yesterday here from kathmandu office but unfortunately it can't be delivered
today due to road condition today. We'll deliver it by tomorrow on 20th."
I said fair enough, I totally understand. Then they didn't deliver on 20th, not even on 21st (Fathers day).
I kept emailing them, they didn't respond me and they have not responded me yet. Forget about
an apology.
Their local office called and asked to pick the gift on 22nd (after fathers day)

I will never ever use these guys and I suggest same to you guys. Please advise me, if you had any good experience
with other sites. Thank you.

Horrible company, dishonest people. Ordered cake for my mom's birthday 11 days prior to delivery. Paid via paypal and confirmed details on the 3rd day after payment. On the day of delivery got told to wait till 5pm for delivery, at 5:30 they advised payment was never received whereas clearly there is evidence they got the payment but simply forgot to send the order. No apology nothing, offered to send another CHEAP cake FROM DIFFERENT HOTEL WHEN I PAID FOR SOMETHING ELSE at the last minute. Please avoid it at all cost, they ruined my suprise for my mother and had to ring mutiple times from overseas. The customer service is apalling, trying to blame the customer for their own mistake. Very rude and unapologetic. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, PURE WASTE OF TIME EMOTIONS AND MONEY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE WORST EVER!

Thank you for your reviews. I was looking for a reliable online agency for delivering some stuff in Kathmandu, I think I have to look for somewhere else now.....
