I have TPS EAD, and applied for OPT EAD 67 days ago, case is still pending in virginia potomatic center. Got office letter. my previous school saying you can use your tps ead until OPT EAD approved, and then you can switch TPS to OPT. But job saying, you can not switch, if you use TPS, we cannot switch your EAD. If they do not switch, after approving OPT within three month I need to use OPT to save my status. I asked this question on aavo.com, layers said, if you use your tps EAD you will lose your f1 status and you will not get opt ead and you cannot file H1B. Anybody has any idea about his? Thanks!
