Hello everyone. Please I need help regarding this matter. please give me your valuable input.

I'm a US citizenship holder. I'm planning to bring my parents and siblings to live here as green card holder. Do I need to file petition separately or a single application works? Does single petition works for both parents and siblings who are under 18? I'm also planning to file petition myself. Should I hire lawyer?
