 Maximum age for car license (personal) in Nepal

My father is 64 years old and rides a motorbike. He's had a motorbike license for more than 25 years. He is wanting to buy a small personal car and get his driver's license so that he can drive himself instead of hiring a driver. Is the any kind of maximum age restriction in Nepal that prohibits people from getting their drivers license after a after a certain age? I couldn't find this information online.
