i thought so 2 weeks ago I_K but may be since you've dealt with brad up to this point...i guess it makes sense for you and rest of the other managers who have kept your injured players to keep till they get back healthy. what i was saying was considering the way league is this year...once you hear a guy is out 4-6 weeks regardless of his ranking, i would drop him because every roster spot and every category of stats are so very imporant this year.....i'm sure we'll see it paly out pass all star weekend.

ok lemme look a look at your roster i_k...although the way my brain's ben functioning or the lack of it....dunno if you should really listen to me LOL

kanchi, ok i took a close look at your roster and you are definitely hurting with miller and roy going down in injury and stephen jacking and bravin knight not producing to what you probably expected them to. i think you are in great shape when it comes to FG %, 3pts, Pts, Rbds -- so i think you can match up against any team and you will be the favorite to win these 4 category. now your focus will be to get at least 1 if not 2 category to get on your side. if i were you, i would consider moving lamar odom, even though he is having an awesome start of the season (thus has a great trade value), you get rid of him and it should help you with FT% and in return you can either try to get shot blocking or steals help. i would probaly go after a shot blockers since they are easier to find but you need to keep in mind the shot blocker has to have a good FT %.

im not sure you will get the value you are looking for out of ray allen plus he's gonna be solid for you all season. if i were you i would even consider carlos boozer, stephen jackson, along with odom to get help on the categories you lack.

great pick up with jr smith which i had picked earlier but dropped (since i mock you guys for being too much patience may be im just as terrible but exactly the opposite, should have had some patience with him but oh well).

last but not the least kendrick perkins doesn't do a thing for me....he's one roster stop i would be keep busy in FA with...you can try to add new player every week on a week basis to help you on a category you are behind. and may be along the way you will bump into player thats worth a permanent spot in your roster.

hey shaq attack bro...sorry took me a few days to get back to ya. but i did take a look at your roster and here are few things i see: no doubt you were the clear cut winner on draft night but injuries and players not living up to their expectations have hurt your chances. very timely draft on vince carter as he's on his contract year and should have a great year. tony parker, barbosa (has slowed down a bit as of late), haslem, prince are the heart and soul of your team as they give you a little bit of everything in each stats category. so great job putting this piece of puzzle together (you are like the spurs in finding these players who are great role players to complement your superstar KING JAMES).

now i understand your concerns with jermaine o'neal but it might not be as bad as you think it is. sure he's not having the kind of year we are used to seeing from him but he is still one of the top 10 big men (and we all know how valuable big men specially with blocking ability are for your fantasy roster). so, go ahead a look for a trade but no need to get discouraged if you don't find the value you are looking for in return....just keep him on your roster and you should be fine (you are only hurting a bit in rebounding by keeping him but have plenty of other scoring option). plus if jermaine gets traded, you're gonna see him perform at a much higher level regardless of where he goes (chicago, lakers, knicks could be one of 'em).

gambling on adam morrison seems to have paid off and uncle chucky has been a pleasent surprise as well...so good job there!

i think you have 2 guys in your roster that do not deserve be on a fantasy roster (except may be for an one night stand...if you are looking to get some help on a category). luke walton and kenny thomas, although both are starts but they don't do a thing for me, they will never make you win a category but they will make sure you will never win FT% category (not to mention you already have a lot of help in FT% from shaq daddy). so just by dropping these 2 guys you are going to be in much better shape FT% wise. now shaq daddy...when healthy and playing is wroth a roster spot but no way when he's out (esp not knowing how or when he will come back from injury at this point in his career). so now if you drop these 3 guys, you will basically have FT% your way (usually you need to pick up players to win a category but in your case you can do them by dropping).

your roster is thin in assist so if you drop any players you need to pick guys who can give you assists (but other teams are lacking in this category too as you can see from the recent FA pickups of PGs). if you want some assist help from trading, i would try to packaging chucky atkins and tim thomas (because they are playing well and have 3pts range which is another category most managers here are missing in their roster) and try to get a solid 6+ assist per game PG. you will still be left with enough 3pts shooters left in your roster and you know you have players you need to drop, so may be if you feel the need pick up a 3pts shooter from FA.

well thats about it bro....you already did a great job in putting the nucleus together for your team so i don't doubt your bball IQ, now if you make few more adjustment to your roster, you'll be going deep into post season.

You ranked my team as one of the top in the league but I am not optimistic… 3 weeks into the season and players are not performing as they supposed….. Lewis is the only one who played better than expected… is something wrong with C. Paul?

Is Commish already giving up on his team??? Or was that strategy??? I_K took full advantage of it….. Commish is only 1 or 2 deal away from being good team… may be trading away studs like B. Davis or P. Pierce for 2 good players might be good idea

if my top 3 picks: dirk, yao, and melo keep playing the way they are i don't see how i will ever lose points category. these 3 are in the top 10 PPG in the whole league...wish we had teams in need of points so that i could considering moving one of these to get something even bigger and better in return but seems like everyone is looking for a PG. hoop has since group of PGs may be you guys should be knocking his door. you could have had jamal tinsley for basically nothing but celtics got the best of that deal...oh well.

AX bro you wondering whats wrong with your No.1 pick chris paul?? well to being with his honeymoon period is over LOL i think the rest of the league is figure out what he likes to do and what are his weakness and exploiting that. plus the hornets added bobby jackson this year, so that's taking some of the stats from paul. also ins't david west out for the hornets? im sure if he comes back paul assist per game will go up a few.

and boy i feel for KG4MVP bro...not only his players aren't palying to his expectations but he's been hit hard by the injury bug...and head to head match up aren't looking all that optimistic either for him. may be exploring your big name man to get few decent player might be what he needs to do just to salvage the season. i know i know we are only into week 4 but if you really think you can pull if off at the end even after having a really weak 3-4 weeks in a row, needs to get real. im sure hoop and ktm_wolves know how much a struggle it is once you are plunged in that 15 -20 games back hole. so KG bro good luck to you and start hitting the FA wire and trading options hard!!

I thought I'd be leading this week along with you hukka bro......though i think i have a fairly balanced team..my first three picks are not playing that well. really disappointed about that. However, my lower picks are keeping me in no. 2. somehow, i am short on points and 3 pts.....aren't u looking to trade one of your pointers :).

Hey hukka, as for my roster i'lll be in good shape if brad miller and brandon roy comes back from injury and play good. Your 1st three picks are definately the best top 3picks and that's the reason ur in numero uno...congrats...carmelo definately is heading for mvp-ish year along with yao , dirk and boozer.
As for my top 3 picks, i didn't drafted marion for points but for his all rounder ability. his no. are decreased coz of amare....i might not be feelin gr8 but not dissappointed.....ray allen is scorer and he's scoring....lamar odom is doing what he's supposed to do...
Seems like Diaw is playing like last year in last few games......Getting Boozer for 5th round was plus....brandon roy seems promising ..but got injury bug...krastic and brevin knight are okay....as for rest of the picks ..i already kickedd themout to get...monta ellis , jr smith , brad miller , ryan gomes amd barnes......of which monata n jr smith are playing superbly...

Ok then my turn.... Talkin bout my rosters, i m happy wit my top three picks ..Kobe n Artest will get better.. Wallace..my 4th pick...not too bad..he is giving me lil of everythin...Kirk Hinrich hasnt been upto my expectation..whereas, D.williams who was my 12th pick is leading the league in Assists...which is amazing... E.Jones, R.Foye and J.childress and Sarunas.Jasikivious r outta my rosters..what a garbage picks ...those were 4 picks i really wasted..dunno what i was thinking...bad on my part...Childress was good but he is hurt... Butler, Deng and Howard are very reliable if not hit by injury bug... My big men Dalembert n Z are playing better....I added Dunleavy,Telfair n D.Wright from free agency which has been good for my team.. Esp Dunleavy..he is giving lil bit of everything......SO....I think i have a decent team but i have lots of guys who r roleplayers...like Butler, Howard, Telfair... i do have an average team but i would like to be stronger in few areas rather than being an average in every catagory.....Hopefully D.Jones will help me out with 3 points...
If i loose few more weeks, i will be looking forward to trade my top 3 picks...
