May be you need to update your Real Player or media player to the latest version.When it asks you what kind of files you would like to play on real player, simply select all. Your problem will be solved.

Open your Real player, go to tool, then go to preferences, click on media types ( that is inside contents). Choose "make my real player my Universal Player"
Problem should be solved.

If does not,
use the method below:

The file format was Apple iTune's coding.
You can install iTune software from www.apple.com
once you install that, you can simply right click on your song and say play in iTune or you can simply drag and drop to iTune or import to the library.
Do NOT make your iTune player as your default player, it will ask you once you complete the first installation, just say no. iTune does not play most of the video files.
