This kind of Nepali criminal live in foreign countries. (2) National criminal - Those who take briberies and sell authentic Nepali citizenship. Those who take briberies, illegal commission, break law/order as well as those who do black-marketing, girl trafficking, smuggling etc. (3) Political criminal - Those who take national oath to die for country, but do harm and destruction for country.

Ever heard of outsourcing...? If all those people were not to leave Nepal...and all concentrate themselves in Nepal..I dont know what will happen in Nepal. Or do you expect all "those" people living abroad to go back to Nepal, resume what they were doing (prior to leaving Nepal) and create absolute choas....or something ?
