Let's discuss about the TPS extension that is expected to happen today (till the end of day). The following notes should be considered:
1. Federal register schedule of publication notices: 8:45 AM, 11:15 AM and 4:15 PM ET. (not published yet)
2. The sites that need to be followed:

3. If TPS is not extended by DHS, it will be extended at least 6 months counting from Dec 24, 2016 for smooth termination so that people can reinstate their original immigration status.
4. If TPS is extended, the EAD will be automatically extended up to 6 months and can be used to work with the same expired EAD but needs to apply for new within this period.
 5. I will also discuss about required documents for re-registering TPS later in this thread, if it is extended.
Please let me know if you need any information about this. I will share whatever I know. I have been working/following/discussing/conferencing on this issues for few months.

Documents needed to apply for TPS with EAD (not Parole Document) 

Let's discuss if we are missing anything. Post if you know something different, so that people will understood clearly what to be sent. This thread helps thousands of Nepali to do what they need to for re-registration of TPS. But, do not send these documents before the announcement of Extension of TPS for Nepal is officially in USCIS site. We need the address where to send and might have more details (can see federal notice though). Just wait till tomorrow or so. You can be ready from your side though. Do not worry, this old EAD will be valid till 8 months from now. We got the lot of time until our new EAD is issued. The only thing is: we need to re-register for TPS till December-24, 2016 but you can continue to work under the old TPS EAD with the same employer. Send him the old EAD and the federal registrar notice attached with that. Now, we have 2 years and 2 months from now that we can work, even if the next Extension won't happen. I suggest everyone to get H1B approved or can apply for GC in the mean time. This is the good opportunity to migrate to some stable status, do not miss it. Talk with your employer and even DESI consultancy will do at least H1B, if GC is not possible. Just sharing my experience.

Checks doesnt necessarily have to be paid out seperately.

You can but needs to meet all the criteria for TPS. The most important is you should be here from June 24, 2015 physically residing in United States. If you are, you are eligible considering you are not convicted to any crimes and violence in United States.

But it hasn't been updated in USCIS site yet so cannot apply yet when would USCIS update

Yes, if you are applying TPS EAD for the second time. Else you need to choose "permission to accept employment".

Anybody, please provide information for @c16_sajha on what types of documents do he needs to prepare if someone wants to visit Nepal with Parole.

@fdpower: What do you mean by "a letter stating the purpose of visit". I don' t think they will accept it and provide AP unless you have some fitting scenarios (emergency travel, very emergency). For that does someone has to make the medical letter from doctors or any thing hard evidence to demonstrate the purpose of emergency visit to Nepal? Please elaborate to some extend so that people looking for Advance Parole can get the clear picture what they need to do next.

I have not gone through this situation, so can't just give information related to this. But I hope some one will help you with this matter. I have heard, many people have already gone in Parole and come back fine to United States. Please share your feelings, experience and searches- so that most of the people know about this.

The situation where I'm at right now seems somewhat complicated. My current visa status (g4) is about to end soon and I haven't been granted TPS, but I was here before june 24 2015 and I'm confused whether or not I will be able to register for TPS during extention.
I'd welcome your opinions.
