Since your bio-metrics appoint has already been withheld , I don't have any reliable suggestion bro. You should have never taken you GC as identification. Expired passport lageni hunthio. Anything would have worked. Since TPS is for illegals they don't have identification obviously.

I would talk to a lawyer, infact a good lawyer. A good lawyer can move mountains and argue to the officer for you because those officers always don't know everything.

Maile chaina bhandie kina bhane passport and I20 duitai valid thio he could have said Passport mai travel gareni huncha since its valid and get a visa when you comeback via I20.

I am applying TPS and EAD application for F2 status. But my H4 status will begin on October 1, 2015. Do you think which status do I put on the TPS application ?

You should use F2, because H4 is not active yet.

In addition to that, you can include G-1145 form so they will inform you when they accept your documents.

They approved my TPS and EAD on Aug 20.They sent my card on Aug 24. I applied on June 25th.

One more thing, Do I submit the travel authorization form along with TPS application or only after TPS is approved ?

It's up to you, but the travel document is approved only after TPS is granted. You can send everything now and de done with it, but carefully fill the travel documents. You need a decent reason to go to Nepal.

I may need to go to China and Vietnam soon so does travel document help me with that if I am approved TPS ?
Do you know average time for the approval of travel document after TPS is approved ?

I don't see any problems going there on AP, but AP is not always 100% guarantee to reentry to US.

They say 3 months, but looks like they do sooner than 3 months.

If you know what date and purpose of your going, you should apply together. They might approve everything together.

Has anyone with out of status have their EAD and TPS approved?

You need to drink some kool-aid & relax. If you ask anymore question your TPS will be revoked and your EAD card will be shredded by the mail man himself.
