I really need help on reinstalling windowsxp in my computer, how do you reinstall windowsxp without losing any datas, if you could please type down step by step process for reinstalling xp, that'd b really really ppreciated and yah without losing any documents or things..

after scan like i said

download spybot search and destroy by going to - http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=pdp_prod

then BEFORE YOU SCAN, UPDATE UPDATE.
then scan, and delete all the crap, then restart your computer
SCAN AGAIN!

then run hijack log and post!

what? netscape? whether it be, IE or netscape, you can run it!

the housecall system has to do sth with netscape so do i download netscape? :P I'm so sorry, I know its friday !!!... well I'm never gonna forget this, I'll always remember the rememberance day and your helpp, so thankful to you, now go on umm :P

Housecall should run with firefox. nothing to do with netscape!

okay, hope you're scanning at this time. after you scan, and after you download spybot search and destroy and before you run it...please follow these instructions

GO TO START, CONTROL PANEL, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS and on the list
LOOK FOR
FUN WEB BUDDY/FUNBUDDYICONS/GAIN/WEBSHOP/TMUNDO

YOU have the screensaver thing downloaded, which is not necessary. this could have spyware attached, remove that! Zero Knowledege pop up killer, remove that and remove any files that you have which you never downloaded...if you knw what i mean!
If computer needs to be restarted, do not restart! restart later!

then!

Run hijackthis again.
select these files.. and click FIX CHECKED click OK

then RUN SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY.
1. Please update it before you run it.
2. After you open up program, click update then select all files, including immunizations.
3. Then click search and destroy on left.
4. Then click CHECK FOR PROBLEMS!
5. After you scan, click fix checked! and make sure all boxes are checked!
6. Then OK on backup and then delete, then RUN the spybot again!

OKay, i don't know what you're downloading! for HOUSECALL, you don't have to download anything into your computer 'cept the JAVA class file.

please tell me what did you do after going to housecall website, choosing UNITED STATES from drop down menu, after clicking GO and then clicing RUN SCAN!

this is a pain in the ass, if i do all these stuff, will it actually help my d drive work or just del the virus and stuff? and i cant find the " FUN WEB BUDDY/FUNBUDDYICONS/GAIN/WEBSHOP/TMUNDO"
in the add/remove programs...
I downloaded the housecall and then did the setupex thing and it wont let me install cuz i dun ave netscape, i didnt choose UNITEDSTATES.. I chosed a diff country cuz i didnt know i HAD t choose US...wud that be the problem?
so what do i do next?
