You have to know one thing "Ignorance of law is no execuse." You can not say that I did not know that was a law. I can understand that he may have been told to sell the Viagra but he did not have to volunteer or advertise by himself. Read the news. He exactly did that. He in fact soliciated the cops that they also sell Viagra. Do you what to buy Viagra? That is what he asked to the cops who went there suspecting the store. That was not what should do. Come on ! Give me a break.

wow Wow you guys are making arguments for nothing. But i appreciate that someone dare to put the video and pictures at least others nepali people can understand the situation. Like those two old man and woman said he should not be responsible for selling but the one who got the viagra in in the store. How can you think about that when you are working for someone and you deny selling that stuff which you are suppose to sell? Remember there were big sign of viagra at the store which i don't think was posted by Mr. Ashish Shrestha. The sign should be posted by the owner or by the order of owner. So the owner should  be the responsible person. So my concern is that there was no fault of the guy who sold the viagra and the store owner should be held for the illegal activity and for provoking illegal sales to the workers.

Everyone need to know what happens if you try to sell the over the counter drugs it is all informative.No one needs to make a stupid comment about he is going to be bad in the community. It is a big lesson for thousands of other Nepalese all over US who work in Gas station not to sell the above drugs if they have it in the store. It was not  Ashish fault at any cost as he was unaware of the situation but we do need to teach other Nepalese not to do in the future as something worst could happen.

WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT A WAY HOW TO HELP HIM REGARDING LEGAL ISSUE THAN HIS PICTURE AND NEWS AT THIS POINT.LET US START TO POST LEGAL ADVICES.

Americanboy, you are not helping this guy at all by posting his picture in sajha. its more seems like you are enjoying posting his pic and telling people that this is the guy who did this, fouscing more in his identity rather than news itself. If you cannot help this guy, please at least don't try to humilate him. Being in F1 status and situation is very tough itself, and don't give him any hard situation by advertising his face. I know its in news but, still you don't need to advertise his face, the point is to aware other nepales whats going on.

on behalf of my frn i am kindly requesting the person who is posting his picture here in sajha plzzzz take off the picture immedietly. He is already going through soo much and u guys are making it more difficult on him by posting his pictures and proving him wrong. He is my very good friend and i know he would never do sthg like tht if he knew the consequences.plzz guys if there is any good suggestions tht will help him  then post it but plz stop proving him wrong.

 click on the edit option which is right hand corner (on the post with the pic) and select the pic and delete it. Its easy try it. even if u didnt get anything whatever I explained try on u'r own.

In future pls dont post someone's pic like this doesnt matter even if u r amrican boy or nepali boy. respect others privacy

american boy, please remove his picture. His case is different than that of a teacher from Florida or a PhD student from Atlanta. Those FOKKERS we S-Holes. I can I imagine what might have gone through Ashish whose "Dasha" was not good. Some of the "OJs" (over jannes) on this thread tried to show their YCL type nature .

thanks for deleting the pic. ya he is out now and is trying to find a good lawyer. Lets all pray for him that he will win the case and will get out of all that soon. if anyone know a way to find good lawyer than plz post it . Any suggestions will be appreciated.
