why everybody have # 12 twice at the end?

A short story

Once there was a man. All he wanted in his life was just to be able to sit on his bed and read. Yes, that is all. Food would be nice too, he used to think. And of course, an occasional sex. Well, as we all know, things don't happen as you plan. What was that again? Man proposes and God throws it all away?

One Monday morning as his alarm clock went off, he jumped out of his bed. It is not that he needed the alarm to wake him up. He was always up. He hardly slept. He lied there, still. Watching stars appearing in the the sky and slowly fading away, Moon appearing and disappearing in clouds. Noise from the highway slowly ebbing, only to come back with vengeance as the dawn giving into daylight. It was nice that he had a window in his bedroom unlike the other rooms in his apartment. Not that he was ungrateful for that window, but the window had become his escape and a trap. A barbed wire prison rather. Well perhaps a prison and a trap - both.

Kalanki, started to write a short story, wanted to finish in three paragraphs but have to leave now. Don't hold your breath though.

About that dinner - sounds good. Any color, vineyard, year would be ok, as long as it is drinkable. :) Do you cook? That way you will save money :0
