I realise how much our country Nepal also has to offer. I is recently I realised how the proverb, "najik ko tirtha hela" is so true. I have met so many foreign people who have been simply blown away by Nepal's beauty. How many people can claim to have gone to Annapurna base camp, trekked all the way to Namche bajaar and taken those majestic views of one of the most breath taking scenes in the world? You don't have go to Europe or America to prove yourself as a avid traveller.

Perhaps you may have visited the greatest cities in Europe or America, but have you ever stepped outside Ktm or major towns in Nepal and ventured out in far parts of Nepal? Perhaps, we should be also promoting our tourism back in Nepal by visiting once in a while. Give it some thoughts guys. Promote Nepal's tourism, promote Nepal's economy.

Come on OZ_GUY.... let the people who are travelling to europe enjoy.
It is good for you that you realized Nepal has a lot to offer. Everyplace has something unique to offer ( of course with some exceptions). And the history, art, and culture with senic beauty europe offers is quite unique too. Though europe is a small continent, it is very diverse in it's own way, much like Asia. Only if language wasn't a problem for me, I would rather live in Europe.
Many a times we seem to categorize europeans and americans in the same group. Once you know some of them from both the sides or even better, if you've visited their country and got a chance to stay for a longer time, you will soon realize that there is big difference in their life-style. Frankly I prefer the european life-style and thinking to american.

>>> How to say I like you in french. Is it "je taiame me" ???? (Incase i meet someone)
Preeti, "Je t'aime" would do just fine, to begin with.

I wouldn't call England Europe.
And, in my humble opinion, London is overrated. Paris has its own aura.

Continental Europe should be fun to visit.

CoolNepali

Have you been to Rosta Rica. I would love to go there. Maybe even retire there. I heard they have the most diverse species of birds. I know it sounds weired. You must must be thinking why not go to the lovely beaches. I will go to the beaches, but would also like to check out their flora and funa. Heard it is one of the best.

Regards

BTW: how expensive is it down there. Do you think i could do budget travel there.

Fiji , Western Samoa and Tonga are definitely good places to visit. I went there long time ago and I would like togo there again in future.

Fiji is very beautiful, has tropical weather and many islands. Lautoka and Nandi are some of my favourites. There are many indians living there ,although most of them have migrated to Australia and New Zealand. Suva is the capital of Fiji and it has its own uniqueness and charm. There are lot of Chinese, Indian, Fijian and European restuarants . Anybody going to Fiji should go pacific habor ,try fijian food and see fijian dance "MEKE ".

Oh Yah don't forget to drink YANGONA " Fijian drink.
Cheers
