I havent received the rfe yet, but did received the approval for i130 which I had filed a year ago, when I filed i485 my i130 was pending, my case status online shows in acceptance phase and havent moved from there, I dn kno whats gonna happen to my case as well, I just hope if I get rfe, all I will be asked for is the copy for approval of i130.

When you guys received I-130, what did it say under preference classification? Does it say "203 A2A INA SPOUSE OF LPR" or something else?Please let us know....mine says the above one. Deported: Congrats Bro on your approval...

I think I am on the same boat as "deported"
I choosed option 2'A' in I485.
I130 filed- August 12, 2013 (Filed seprately )
I130 Approved- August 21, 2013
I485 mail send(With I130 acceptance notice but w/o approval)- August 20,2013
I485- Acceptance
EAD- Initial Review
USCIS cashed my chek. Howver I am waiting for RFE for doctor's report.
Pettitionar: LPR
