How long do you think has this poster been in the dining hall? It was there when I entered gbs in 1990.

MY Ex use to be a good studnet of GBS and MR D. L> sharma was teacher there of english..... any body know him

hoye hoye DL sarma has a big story. And my best fren always used to hate him....ha..ha..i remember the DL's artificial engish tone when he was an assistant hostel father...

galab thts not DL sharma, thts DL>sharma. haaa..sigdel might made a mistake as I did!!!...may be he is newar>sharma ( thts what he used to claim...( I dont look like bahun..)) . I thought sigdel was talking DL joshi as he was an english teacher. Khoi dont know abt DL sharma.

I remember one of those bhat bahadur and sag badhur sign hanging on the wall of
health center.
Mr Joshi had this whole story about his caste I remember him telling that in one of our english class.I also remember about his natural bathroom where he use to do his duty enjoying the nature.

Rapti house was used to be one.
But Seti house was used to be always last.....

I was in GBS for few years. I was very shy and reserved then. I remember I was in Rapti House.

I remember few guys from my batch:

Kamal Thapa (from Syangja), Prem Bastoula (Tanahun, he was in IOE, Pulchowk couple of years ago; I don't know where he is now), Sital Kaji Shrestha (Used to be my best friend :P, still in contact, Vet. doctor, now in KTM), Sharmila Ghimire (Still in contact, preparing GRE to come to the US), Amrit Poudel (In KS), Shova Thapa(I think she is still in NEPTECH, now known as ASCEM), Shankar Grg (A very good friend of mine, lost contact), Puran Grg/Sudip Grg (Sudip is in UK now), Laxmi Bilas Ghimire (Was told he is studying to be doctor in Teaching Hospital), Prachin Shrestha (was told he is in the US), Manindra Jwarchan (Was told is in the US), Manoj Shrestha (in the US, used to be in Rhode Island), Manoj Tangbe (grg) (One of the good buddies then, don't know where he is now)...several other names that I can remember vaguely..

Does this information ring the bell to anyone? Anyone in here? :P
