Preety, how is it sad news for nepalese people ? Should be sad news for the family of that motorcyclist.  If the story is true (!) that doctor should be hanged even without trial.  Just imagine if you or one of your loved one on the shoes of that poor motorcyclist.

its indeed very sad.
hope he'll get justice.
don't understand why these cops have to do a deadly chase for minor speeding violations? do they get more fun? after all they lead to more serious accidents.
hope his family is alright.

before calling somebody stupid, think of the scenario from his perspective, the poor fellow's whole life is ruined now.
This whole system of cops chasing wildly for giving a ticket is wrong, they should have some other method for issuing the ticket in scenarios where the driver doesn't stop. Otherwise its for sure that they'll invite a deadly accident like this.

Now, as he is being charged of potential homicide, at least I can say  HIS LIFE WILL ROT IN HELL!!

And, most of you've listened the stories of Correction Centres in US!

MohanB,

What a great argument you have. Blame the cops instead of the violator. If you are just a regular person and is chased by cops, you would stop. You woud only flee if you have drugs or arms, you are involved in criminal activities, or you are driving a stolen car. It looks like same thing happened here.

BTW, the driver is an Indian not Nepali.

Why is it sad news for Nepalese? Someone decided not to obey the law and got caught in the process.

Sad news is to see the people that killed 13,000 innocent lives run our country. Sad news is to see a 60 year old lady working back-breaking jobs and still not being able to afford a meal. Sad news is to see madhesis and phadis killing each other in the name of ethnic rights. I could go on and on. There is nothing sad about the incident regardless of where the person is from.

It is very sad news for the family of the 44 years old motorcyclist but all indians and bahuns should be proud with the accident.

I wonder why you feel pity for him....

only for exceeding by 10mile/hr, cops tried to stop him and give him a ticket... that is not fair...i agree with this...

but being a Doctor and an educated person, doesn't he have head what 130 miles/hour speed mean ?? is that a computer game ? Man...it is miles/hr, not km/hr..

it is sad news for the family, friends and relatives of the motorcylist. after reading the news, i think the title of this thread is too racist. every one should follow the law. this guy i would rather like to call stupid asss... behaved like a criminal. he should stop when the police asked him to do so. being a doctor, what he did was horrible. we had seen a few nepali guys caught in dateline as predators. perhaps, they were already deported. should it also be a sad news to nepalis? nonsense!!! by the way, when you are driving in Ohio, you should strictly follow the speed limit. i also got ticket for driving 78 mph when i was passing a car. i was on the left most lane while passing.

OK....first of all doing 75 in a 65 is NOT A BIGDEAL................people every where does 75 in a 65 and 65 in a 55 without being caught....I drive 75 in a 65 all the time and there are three state troopers ambush hot spots  enroute and they never stop me ar any of the hundreds of cars tavelling that speed. NOW SAYING that he should have stopped, and not run and obeyed the law ...doing that He got into more and more trouble. HE IS A FOOL to know that he cant evade law here ....WHAT WAS HE THINKING????? I dont feel sorry for him because of his actions..........I feel sorry for his family and the family of the victim who have to now live with this tragedy for the rest of their lives........SO OBEY THE LAW

Maddog,

Don't preach people here that speeding 10 miles above the speed limit is OK. Dude baulaha kukur. You cannot speed even 1 mile above the speed limit.

Sometimes cops let you go depending upon the situation of the roads and things. Don't preach it like it's your right. You can be stopped for going just over 2/3 miles per hour. I know a friend of mine got ticketed for going 27 mile/per hour on a 25 mile/hr road.

Use your brain if you have one. If you don't have one, STFO.
