Hulaki, Thanks for posting the pictues, I was born and raised in this area. Missed that place alot, hopefully summer 2008, planning to visit my hometown. Can't wait. Thanks again for the pictures, Happy holidays!

nice pics. reminded me of an evening we stopped at the bridge and tasted those mouth-watering fish. that was a heavenly pleasure and that bardiya aarakshya right next to the river just adds another piece of beauty and a paradise.

It is also my birthplace. I love this place absolutely!!!!!!!!!!!!
The range from Banke, Bardiya to Kailali specially Karnali Bridge(Picnic days), Tikapur(B_place& school days), Nepalgunj.
Its cool  and refreshing !!!!!!!!!!!!

not from there but i've stopped there when i used 2 visit my father's construction sites in far-western region.

before that bridge was constructed, they used to cross vehicles on a boat. that was cool. it looks even better from the sky. i saw it when i flew 2 doti from nepalgunj.
