While I'd have rather like to see her give the speech in Nepali, I don't think she deserves this much of hatred because of the speech.
Her position doesn't require fluency in english, does it? Why are we hating her? For having a horrible accent? We all have accents. For being a mantri and not behaving like one? Well how are they suppose to behave?
Mantris are chosen by public, they don't get their in virtue of their resume or "professional caliber." Let's calm down on our mockery here.
