Why not?Whenever they got chance NC and UML always LOOted people and their Votes.No one from NC or UML has any right to say MAobadi if captured ,did wrong.

This was the most BULL CRAP elections of the history...............I mean look at how many booths were captured..and how many arent reported................election polls postphoned.............jusko shakti uskai bhakti................................that was the case. maoist popular NARA.....hamilai bhot nadie tauko jhhola ma jiu khola ma...........................scaring all the rural villges door to door to vote for them or die............THIS IS ALL FIXED ELECTION ...........................................BRACE YOUR SELF PEOPLE .............SOMETHING UNXPECTED WILL HAPPEN SOON

Fair election?  Laaadoo ko!  These fuggers had the YCL to terrorize the innocent at the polling booths, financed their campaigns with the money looted from banks and extortions, had names of voters of certain groups ommitted from the ballots which prevented them from voting, terrorized opposition leaders in remote villages to shut up and not contest these wannabe maobadi dictators and the WHOLE DAMN 9 YARDS!!   These fugging Maobadi hijaras should all be put in a line and shot point blank someday.  They've completely runied the lil of Neapl we know today!  Goddamn, my country is a Commie state...How da fug am I gonna live with that, son??  If the verdict points to that as being the case, I'm out for good!!

In the past elections also there were more numbers of both captures than in this election. What do you think in the Kathmandu valley, maoists are getting remarkable votes because of threats?

I agree to some extent that they gave threatening in the remote places. But in comparison to other past elections its not  bad.

How Stupid of you all to try to determine the FAIRNESS of the election by siting on a cozy chair in front of your computer, and ofcourse reading online blogs and news from the source you "TRUST" .

I say wait let it play out before you even start thinking about the Fairness. FYI, People I talk to back home in capital as well as outside, donot seem to think this as you are thiking. But then I want to wait before I make up my own mind.

It depends how you define what is "fair".

I think its been a fair election. I do not agree with the results, but I accept the results. I accept the new mandate. How can I undermine the voice of over 60% of the citizens?

Aba aayera poll fair bhayena bhanna ta mildaina.....but nepal kaa maanis yati samma pani darpok chhan jato chai laageko thiyena....Even in Kathmandu, they are scared of Maoists....Election is fair in many places where even Maoists have got high number of votes but what I personally think is the situation before the election....Jaba kunai party ko naaraa nai "Tauko jhola ma jiu khola maa" hunchha, imagine what was the situation...Everyone loves his/her life but its good in one sense that we can now evaluate Maoists too....Though I am tired of corrupt leaders, I did not want Maoists to win but if millions of people want that, what can I say??? LOL pyariKT you just said it yourself that most of the votes and winning polls these maoists got was by threat and power of fear and intimodation......so how do you valid that??????? how do you justify their actual choice of vote?????..........Having your whole families life at stake...people voted where they were told to vote ...NOT where they actually wanted to vote.......SO HOW IS THAT A PEOPLES CHOICE??????   IF the votes are not accurate and of choice than why was there an election?????.......why is everyone justifying all these voting booths capture, poll violence and crimes as nothing..............ITS EVERYTHING.........THATS NOT FAIR ELECTION....ITS FIXED AND PLANNED....AND FORCED.

Well, guys we do not have anyother option but to accept the outcome of CA. About fairness, I do agree with pyaari kt. In rural area, where people are not educated, nor do know about technicality of election, the fear of death could have played big role. But this is something very subjective issue, you can not define and prove it objectively even though it is quite discernable.

About prachanda's $ 3000 income, well YCL will make it more than that, rest moron will keep on starving as they have been.
