John G., your stories are always amazingly interesting, and anyone who has gone to school in Smalltown, USA, including myself, can relate to them.

John G,
Got nostalgic haze from my visit to St. Louis couple of years back.

A friend, his Old Gold American Chevy Air and Deep Shrestha's emotional song playing in his car stereo that goes something like this..
Kshitiz ko aglai napchu bhanthe ke
Timro uchain pani chuna sakina
Sapna dekhthe thula thula
tara ma kehi pani huna sakina........ nice lyrics, but did not quite go with the context.

A visit to Ero Sarenein's Arch (my dream come true moment), Mississippi cruise and funnel cakes of a local fare-- just to mention a few reminiscense of the trip.

Thanks for yet another wonderful read.
Keep it up.

Sure, I will.. was not aware of its existence, but spent some good hours climbing Kahokia Mounds and listening to the remarkable history behind their construction. Isn't it amazing to know how much this place has to offer?

John,
Very nice indeed. I like the way you control the flow of incidents in your stories. This is certainly one of the better stories you have written off late.

I can easily relate some of my African American friends with your JJ. Good things I have found about them are that they are very honest and open-minded especially with their close friends and also tremendously helpful when needed. Being a southerner myself, I happen to have few hillibillies in my small friends community and I very much enjoy their company.

Thanks for sharing your experience!!

Dear Mr. Galt, a most praiseworthy effort, enjoy its rave reviews. Fling your modesty aside for once ;)
It is certainly amazing how you manage to come up all these tales like some magician with his hat and rabbit... or rather convey it to us readers. And now what about a pic of the central character huh? hehehe.. kidding. Hands up those who do wanna have a peek?:P
Hiya Dannyboy, capatain haddock and flippy:)) missed readin ya all.

gone with the wind.,..
