Slightly adding to what Redstone said...Yes, DAINIK means everyday...and Gorkhapatra is DAINIKI ...not DAINIK..it comes out DAINIK..but when you call something that comes out DAINIK..its DAINIKI..haha I am confused.

Yup, Kalanki is the name of the goddess, and since Kalanki-mai's temple is situated there, the place is named Kalankisthan... got it? Kalankisthan = the place where the temple of kalanki-mai is situated. It has nothing to do with Kalanka... Something like, Sarala is not equal to SURILI, kala is not same as kali or kale.
