I just got approved. Weird, I didn't e-mail or text message even though I signed up for notification on myUSCIS. Anyways, my timeline (same for 821 and 765): 11/28 - Fingerprint fee / case received 2/6 - Approved/Card ordered

My TPS is approved in 90 days after received notice.

I got my 1-797C received notice from USCIS on Jan 4, 2017 and still haven't received my biometrics appointment date and time. It's almost 2 months now. This was my TPS re-application. The first time I got my biometrics appointment date and time less than 2 weeks after receiving the initial 1-797C received notice. Did anyone have to wait this long for biometrics? I'm getting really worried.

Initial Application approved on March 3, 2017. ( Filled in 2015 ). Second application is closed ( March 3, 2017) saying "the applicant has another benefit through other means". It is not true. Even though I have an another application pending, I am not approved and I do not have any other benefit/s active besides pending application. I am waiting for the NOTICE to arrive, but just curious if anyone been through this. Anyone had to file motion to reopen ? If yes, which form to file MOTION TO REOPEN I-821 ??
