No they wouldn't .  This is not the way lottery runs. Lottery runs on faith and it has been taking place all over the world with huge sums of money.  If everybody starts to cheat on lottery than probably people will start buying one.

Fortunately, people like pankaj is still in the minority. Many people still go and check in the shop what they have won and get their price.
