USCIS processing info is not exact, so let’s track everyone’s updated info.
I-140, I485 and I-765 filed together under EB2 in Nebraska center. Receipt date is 02/07/2007. FP is done on 03/28/2007. EAD approved and received on 04/21/2007.
Now, USCIS website shows, processing date for I-140 is Dec 14, 2006 and for I-485 is March 03, 2007.
I checked mine, both I-140 and I-485 are still pending.

hey guys,
what are the reasons that will rejecet the I 485 filing. Does anyone know. suggestions will be appreciated.

I've been reading a lot about RFEs. I have Notice Receipt Date of Nov 6, 06 for both my I-140 and I-485 that I filed on Nov 2, 06. So far, I haven't received any RFEs. Does this mean it is going well and I just have to be patient and wait?
